Every rental includes both rooms, seating for two hundred, the Champagne Loft as your bridal suite, day-of coordination, and full setup and teardown.

Three ways to do it
A Saturday reception in the ballroom and bar.
Say your vows here too. The additional fee covers the staffing the day needs.
The ceremony without a reception, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Full wedding bookings take priority on peak Saturdays from May through November. If a date is still open within ninety days, we're glad to offer it for a ceremony on its own.

The Champagne Loft, all weekend
Take the loft from Friday at 3:00 PM through Sunday at 11:00 AM. A private honeymoon suite and getting-ready space for up to thirty, with a full kitchen, full bath, and three dedicated hair and makeup stations.
$1,000 added to the Saturday package
Common questions
How do we hold our date?
A signed contract with 50% down. The balance is due 90 days before the wedding.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes — any licensed caterer you like. We're happy to send our preferred vendor list if you'd rather start there.
Do we set up and clean?
No. We handle table and chair setup, teardown, and cleaning before and after, and we work alongside your coordinator on the rest.
What about alcohol?
All alcohol is served through The Magnolia, which state and local liquor law requires. Hosted packages and cash bar options are both available.
How many guests fit?
Two hundred seated in the ballroom, with the bar adding more room for the reception.
Do you offer linens?
Black or white table linens are included. For anything beyond that we work with a local rental partner.
